Catering 365 is a company of its time, recognising that the budgetary requirements of the client of today is somewhat different to that of the past.  At the helm of the organisation are Managing Director Deiric Walsh and Operations Director Paula Corr.  Together Deiric & Paula, along with their team have brought about this service with prominence on purchasing raw food products and ingredients from small artisan suppliers.  We offer the same premium product that we have always provided but at all times being mindful of you our clients budget and requirements.

In today’s economic climate, Catering 365 was quick to identify that the game plan had to change in order to continue to supply the market.  In order to do this Catering 365 have regrouped their team of dedicated professional staff, redesigned their business model without affecting the high standard of product & service.  Suppliers have been negotiated with enabling us to roll out a cost effective and sustainable means of doing business with our clientele through the medium of ‘Catering 365’

Deiric & Paula are experienced catering managers who lead from the front.  They are hands on organisers who will work tirelessly with their clients from initial contact to ensure that each client has the event they had envisaged and expected.  They will suggest, discuss and compile menus, and will personally manage the catering element of your event.

Deiric studied Business, specialising in Hotel and Catering Management at The Athlone Institute of Technology.   He is the founder, and former Managing Director of Corporate Cuisine Ireland Ltd.  Deiric is a Member of The Irish Hospitality Institute and The Panel of Chefs of Ireland.

Deiric & Paula have extensive experience with many of the leading catering companies in the country including Masterchefs Hospitality.  Together they have plied their trade at state venues such as Dublin Castle, The Royal Hospital Kilmainham, Farmleigh House & Estate, Department of An Taoiseach, Department of Foreign Affairs and have personally catered to the hospitality needs of Presidents, Prime Ministers, Kings and Queens.  They have overseen and managed the catering elements at most major sporting events in Ireland such as Grand National Festivals at Fairyhouse, National Hunt Festivals at Punchestown, Derby Festivals at The Curragh, Rugby Internationals at Lansdowne Road and Thomond Park Stadia, All Ireland Finals at Croke Park, The Ryder Cup at the K Club and many golfing Irish Opens to include Druids Glen, Ballybunnion, and Fota.
